Admittance is open to anyone with a Blackened Teeth account. Create your account at checkout or from your account page, and you are inside the Chamber — Points begin accumulating from your first order with an account, and your standing rises through the tiers as your collection grows. To check your standing or view your points, sign in to your account and open the Collectors' Chamber panel from the bottom corner of any page.
Points are earned every time you collect with us. The principal ways: — Every pound spent earns points (the exact rate is shown inside the Chamber panel). — Creating your account earns a one-time welcome of points. — Following us on Instagram and TikTok earns points once. — Leaving a review on a piece you have collected earns points. — Your birthday earns points each year. — Referring a friend earns points for you and a £10 voucher for your friend when their first order is placed. Tier progression — from Curator to Connoisseur to Heir — is based on the total points you accumulate over a rolling twelve-month period. Every point counts.
Points are redeemed at checkout. Sign in to your account, open the Collectors' Chamber panel, and select the reward you wish to claim — you will receive a code to apply to your basket. Available rewards include discounts on your next order, and member-exclusive offers, with options scaling as your tier deepens. Some rewards, including early access to new drops and reserved member pieces, are conferred by tier rather than redeemed. These appear automatically when you sign in.
Points remain on your account as long as you remain active with us. If your account is dormant for twelve months — no orders, no engagement, no sign-in — your points expire to keep the Chamber's standing current. A single order, review, or sign-in is enough to reset the clock. We will always write to you before any points are lost.
