United Kingdom
Every courier option available for your order is shown at checkout. The Highlands, Islands and some postcodes may take longer and can carry a small surcharge; we will write to you before dispatch if this applies. A guaranteed Special Delivery can be arranged on request.
European Union
Express services can be sent Duties Paid (DDP) at checkout, so there is nothing to pay on arrival. On all other services, EU import duties are collected on or after arrival. This cannot be changed once an order has been placed.
United States & Canada
Choose a Duties Paid (DDP) express service at checkout to settle import duties in advance; otherwise they are payable on arrival. Since 28 August 2025, parcels entering the USA may attract import duties.

How shipping is costed
Shipping is calculated at checkout from the size, weight, destination and value of your order, against live courier rates. The options open to your order are shown before you pay.
Returns
Unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 28 days of delivery. Return postage is paid by you, and we ask that parcels are sent tracked. A refund follows once the piece is received back in resaleable condition.
To exchange a piece for something else, return it within 14 days of delivery.
Should an item arrive damaged, faulty or incorrect, tell us within 14 days and send photographs of the damaged product amd packaging. We will repair, replace or refund within 30 days and cover the cost of putting it right.

Beautiful piece, perfect addition to my gallery wall
This is one of the most beautiful and meaningful things I have ever purchased.
When I opened it, I burst into tears and just held it. It’s absolutely stunning, but what it represents to me makes it truly priceless.
My best friend of 29 years died suddenly. We were platonic life partners, and his loss completely shattered my world. His family chose not to hold a funeral or memorial service, and before I could even get a flight home, he had already been cremated. The only thing I asked for was a small amount of his ashes so I could keep a part of him with me, but that request was denied.
When I saw the Mourner’s Hand Wall Hanging, I knew immediately that I needed it. It has become my own memorial to him, a place for my grief, my love, and the memories of a person who seemed to disappear overnight without any opportunity to say goodbye.
I know this piece was created with its own meaning and intention or for a gothic decor aesthetic home, but I don’t think the makers could have imagined just how much it would come to mean to someone like me. It is exquisitely crafted, deeply moving, and now one of my most treasured possessions.
Thank you for creating something so beautiful. It has given me a place to hold my grief when I wasn’t given the chance to say goodbye.

The mourners hands are really beautiful. They are a nice size, a good weight and the lace details are just so so pretty and show up well even from across the room. I have purchased a number of things from The Blackened Teeth, and these might be my favourite so far. Other than the Medusa plinths, which are just out of this world
This was a bit larger than I thought and it looks amazing. The detail to attention is outstanding. Came very well packaged and I love the packing noodles as they dissolve to nothing in water.

Having seen this new collection launch, I KNEW I had to get this! She is bigger than I thought she would be, the detailing is beyond-stunning and I am so impressed with the quality(Not sure why as I have many pieces from here and always happy! Also incredibly well wrapped and delivered swiftly!
