United Kingdom

European Union
Express services can be sent Duties Paid (DDP) at checkout, so there is nothing to pay on arrival. On all other services, EU import duties are collected on or after arrival. This cannot be changed once an order has been placed.
United States & Canada
Choose a Duties Paid (DDP) express service at checkout to settle import duties in advance; otherwise they are payable on arrival. Since 28 August 2025, parcels entering the USA may attract import duties.

How shipping is costed
Shipping is calculated at checkout from the size, weight, destination and value of your order, against live courier rates. The options open to your order are shown before you pay.
Returns
Unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 28 days of delivery. Return postage is paid by you, and we ask that parcels are sent tracked. A refund follows once the piece is received back in resaleable condition.
To exchange a piece for something else, return it within 14 days of delivery.
Should an item arrive damaged, faulty or incorrect, tell us within 14 days and send photographs of the damaged product amd packaging. We will repair, replace or refund within 30 days and cover the cost of putting it right.

Love these so much I bought 2 sets. They are incredibly well made and heavy enough to hold my hardcovers. I bought the gold set for my night stand. (It goes with my skeleton lamp) and a black set for downstairs. I just need one more for my office and my set will be complete.

I bought these as a present for a friend. I did so partly because I had also seen them online and was curious. I checked the bookends before re-packaging and wrapping for my friend. I was surprised at how big and weighty they were. I'm sure that the sizes listed on this page are wrong. I request that the company remeasure and update the page. Overall, a well-made set that would look cool on any alt bookshelf. And, if the company can confirm the sizes and that the set I bought wasn't a fluke, I might get some for myself!
